Lately I’m into a crazy delicious meal full of nutrients. And yes, I really wanted to share it with you girls. Why? Because it’s a #lifehack. It’s a meal that looks like much – like you’re eating a lot – but in theory it’s super low in calories and nutrient-dense . Are you ready for my favorite dish at the moment?
LOW CALORIE LIFEHACK DISH
Oh yes, maybe the bowl is a little bit too big but this is a LOT of good food. So much delicious veggies – hi carbs – and some protein smashed in one bowl. And you know what? This meal only contains 310 calories. Say what? Yes, this meals fits a low calorie diet easily. And no, this is not only a little bit of salad and some greens. This is some solid good, nutrient-dense food. And SUPER easy to prep.

WHAT’S IN IT?
- 1 tbsp of olive oil to heat the veggies
- 400 grams of Chinese vegetable mix
- 50-60 grams of chicken slices
- 25-30 grams of sweet chili sauce
- 1 egg
- Salt & pepper

Enjoy your meal! I eat it every day for lunch. So filling and so delicious at the same time. It fits a fitness lifestyle easily.
It’s also a dish you can easy prep. As long as you make it 1-2 days in advance before you eat it; nothing is wrong with that. I always make it one day before I eat it – or at the moment itself because I’m home for lunch. But the choice is yours. Both is fine 🙂
