Are you ready to bake the most amazing and delicious pink chocolate treat ever? You can create this treat for your best friend’s baby shower or if you are obsessed with the color pink – just like I am – you can create this just because you love pink. Ready for the full recipe, babes?
WHAT YOU NEED TO MAKE THIS AMAZING TREAT?

To make this treat you need a few baking materials. It’s not much, but you definetely need it. What you need:
- Baking tin 22×22 cm
- Baking paper
- Satay skewer
- An oven (joke) 🙂
And that’s it. Easy does it, right?
THE INGREDIENT LIST

To make the M&M’s peanut butter filled fudge brownies, we need a few groceries. I bought my groceries at 3 different stores: Kelly’s Expat store in Amsterdam – they also have a webshop where they sell the gluten free brownie mix – Baktotaal.com + de Albert Heijn. Let’s go:
Kelly’s Expat store:
- Betty Crocker gluten free fudge brownie mix (1 pack)
- KitKat chunky peanut butter (2 bars)
- M&M’s peanut butter (2 small bags)
- White Reese’s (2 cups)

BakTotaal.com:
- Pink edible food spray (color pink, not rose gold)
- Candy Melts pink (half the bag)
Albert Heijn:
- Unsalted butter (60 grams)
- Eggs (2 eggs)
- Silver pearls
- Peanut butter of choice (100 grams)
And that’s the grocery list, girls
HOW TO CREATE THE PINK BROWNIES?

First you need to line up all the baking materials. You also need two bowls so you can mix the brownie batter in one bowl and melt the pink candy drops in the microwave (1-2 minutes – keep stiring)

How to bake the treat?
- Grab the two bowls
- Put your brownie batter and butter in the same bowl and stir until it’s one lump of batter
- Add two eggs to the batter
- Stir until it’s all mixed together – there still can be lumps in it, that’s fine
- Add some peanut butter (if you prefer) – 4/5 table spoons

- Grab the baking tin and baking paper
- Put a piece of paper in the baking tin
- Grab the bowl with the brownie batter and put some batter in the tin – not all of it. You need to save something for later
- Whilst you put the batter in the baking tin: put the pink chocolate drops in the microwave (1-2 minutes). Keep stiring at 30 seconds. Repeat it 4-5 rounds

- When the pink chocolate drops are melted, put it on the first layer of brownie batter inside the tin
- After that you can add your favorite chocolate: I added both the bags of peanut butter M&M’s
- Add the rest of your brownie batter on top of the M&M’s
- Top it of with some peanut butter (or Nutella, whatever you prefer)
- Preheat the oven on 180 degrees: let the brownies bake for 30-40 minutes
- Check it around 30 minutes and when you think it’s done: use a satay skewer to check if the inside is solid. The skewer needs to be clean when you stick it in the brownie itself

- When the brownies are baked well, it’s time to let it cool off
- You need to let it cool of for around 25-30 minutes (it can’t be warm anymore)
- I let the brownies cool off for the night – I wrapped it in foil and decorated it the next morning

- Time to decorate it: first I sprayed the brownies with the pink edible food spray
- You need to let it dry for 1 hour (or more)
- After that you can add all your favorite chocolates or spreads to the brownies
- This is how I finished the treat: say hello to the pink fudge brownies a la Indi (for Stevanna)

When you create this treat: let me know. I would love to know how it worked out for you and if you liked it
Enjoy this delicious, sweet pink treat, girls
Loads of (sweet) love,
