THE HEALTHY PINK GLITTERY- SPRINKLED- CACAO BALLS

How amazing does this ‘low calorie’ treat looks? Pink and so glittery. I love it. Especially if you know that the inside of the ball is made of only oatmeal. Say what? Yes, I said oatmeal.

Do you want to make it yourself? First do the groceries:

  • (Fine) oatmeal
  • dark chocolate (85%)
  • Cacao powder (Blooker)
  • Unsalted cashew nuts
  • Dark sprinkles
  • Pink glitter (if you prefer of course)

HOW TO MAKE IT?

  1. Put 200 grams of oatmeal in a big bowl
  2. Add 3-4 crushed dark chocolate squares to the oatmeal
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of cacao powder
  4. Add half a glas of water
  5. Add 7-8 chopped (unsalted) cashew nuts
  6. Stir all the ingredients in the bowl until it’s all mixed together
  7. After that wash your hands: roll little balls (make it as big as you prefer) – until the big bowl is empty
  8. Put the dark sprinkles and the glitter in a small bowl: roll all the little balls in it until it’s covered in sprinkles and pink glitter
  9. Line up all the chocolate-sprinkled-glitter balls on a plate and put the plate in the freezer for 10-15 minutes

Take it out of the freezer after 10-15 minutes and enjoy your healthy pink sprinkled- glittery- chocolate balls, girls
