Sometimes you create something that is worth recreating. So that’s exactly how I feel about this treat. Meet my new ‘chocolate addiction’:

HOW TO MAKE IT?

THE INGREDIENTS

WHAT YOU NEED TO BUY
- Little jar of Nutella (125 grams)
- 4 bars of dark chocolate (400 grams)
- 2 bars of white chocolate (200 grams)
- Unsalted butter (125 grams)
- Pack of (gluten free) butter cookies (165 grams)
- Bag of salted macadamias (20-25 pieces)
- Marshmallows (150 grams)
- Ferrero Rocher (16 pieces)
- KitKat Golden sticks (the whole pack)
HOW TO PREPARE

- You need a squared baking thin (22×22 cm) to put the melted chocolate and chocolates in
- Grab a big bowl: crush all the butter cookies in a bowl (165 grams) until it’s crumbled. After that add the unsalted butter (I let it melt first) and a few chopped macadamias

- Put the crushed cookies in the squared baking thin and put in the fridge for 10-15 minutes
- While the baking thin is in the fridge: grab 3 bowls

- Put the dark chocolate pieces, the white chocolate pieces and the Nutella spread in separate bowls
- Heat the dark chocolate first in the microwave: watch it while you heat it. I heated it a few times, because dark chocolates doesn’t melt that well. I heated it 3×1 minute
- After the dark chocolate is melted, grab the baking thin out of the fridge and put the melted dark chocolate on top of the cookie crust

- Decorate the dark chocolate layer with Ferrero Rochers (4 pieces: I cut them in half) + 3-4 KitKat Golden sticks (break ’em also)
- Grab a pan to heat the marshmallows; don’t let it burn. Keep a close eye on it
- When the marshmallows are melted, put it on top of the dark chocolate layer

- Time to heat the white chocolate. Melting white chocolate doesn’t take that long: it melts easily. So try to heat it for 1 minute first – stir- and heat it for 30-45 seconds again
- When it’s melted pour it over the melted marshmallows
- And again decorate the (white) chocolate layer with KitKat’s and Ferrero Rocher’s

- The final step: grab your last bowl – put the Nutella in the bowl
- Melt the Nutella in the microwave – this also doesn’t take long to melt. Heat it for 1 minute first – stir – and melt it for 1 minute again
- When the Nutella is melted pour it over the white chocolate layer

- And last but not least: decorate the Nutella layer with the rest of the chocolates
- Put it in the freezer – or fridge, but I prefer the freezer – for 6-8 hours.
- If you put it in the freezer; take it out of the freezer 1 hour before you want to eat it
- There’s only one thing left to do: EAT THE FRIGGIN’ DELICIOUS CHOCOLATE TREAT 🙂
