Yesterday I officially announced my new game plan for summer: hello to my #sexysummershred. I know; a lot of words, but the only thing it describes is a challenge for the upcoming 4 weeks. Want to know what I’m going to do? Check it out:
‘ THE SEXY SUMMER SHRED’ -GAME PLAN
What the heck do I mean by ‘the sexy summer shred?’. Well, I can explain it very easily. It’s just a name for a new challenge. A challenge for myself, but I want to include you girls also in my journey the upcoming 4 weeks.
And what does that mean?
- I will share 1 video each week: I show you my workouts, my (non-existing) cooking skills, my personal life and I talk about all the ups and downs. Subscribe to my YouTube channel: ‘INDI‘ to see the videos first.
- I will share my (low calorie) #sexysummershred meals with you on my blog (yes, overhere)
- And I will answer all the questions you have on Social Media with doing Q&A’s and stuff like that
THE SEXY-SUMMER-SHRED #1: TWO LOW CALORIE MEALS
So here we go: today I will share two easy-to-prep low calorie lunch meals. Or at least: I had these meals for lunch, but you can also of course eat it for dinner.
CHICKEN KETJAP WITH ITALIAN VEGGIES
What’s in it?
- 400 grams of Italian vegetables: I just bought the deep frozen Italian veggies pack. One pack contains 600 grams so you can use a little bit of the veggies for later that week
- 60 grams of (smoked) chicken slices – most of the time I buy it at the Hema or the Jumbo
- 1 egg
- 2-3 tbsp ketjap manis (gluten free version)
- 1-2 tbsp Ras el Hanout
- Salt + pepper
- 1 tbsp of olive oil (for cooking)
Just put all the ingredients in the pan and cook it for 10-12 minutes. And that’s it.
A BOWL OF GREEN DELICIOUSNESS
What’s in it?
- 100 grams of lettuce (as a base)
- 1/2 zucchini
- 1/2 eggplant
- 1 egg
- 60 grams of mushrooms
- 60 grams of (smoked) chicken slices
- 2-3 tbsp of ketjap manis (gluten free)
- Salt + pepper
Just cook all the veggies in the pan and add the spices (and sauce) to it. Let it boil. When it’s done put the lettuce on the plate – little bit of olive oil on top of the lettuce – and put all the veggies and chicken on the lettuce. Cheers to two delicious, easy meals.
