FALL IS WAITING FOR YOU, GIRLS

WHAT’S IN IT?

Easy does it. This is all you need.
Say what?
Yes, that exactly what I said. I bought this pack of ‘oven veggies’ at the Jumbo near my home. I did not see it at the Albert Heijn yet, but I guess they will have it too.
This pack contains sweet potato, silver unions and parsnip. I love me some parsnip. The whole bag contains 400 grams of veggies and per 100 grams it’s 46 calories. Dangg.. This fits the #fitnesslifestyle so easily.
HOW TO PREP THE MEAL?

1. One bag of oven vegetables pictured above
2. Protein source of choice (I would recommend fish; it’s the best combination with sweet potato and parsnip, but chicken will do fine too)
3. Olive oil (for in the oven scale)
4. Spices of choice: I used salt, pepper and pizza & pasta spices
AFTER BUYING ALL THE GROCERIES, FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees
2. Put some olive oil – 1 tbsp – in the oven scale and divide it very well. Also on the sides
3. Put the bag with oven veggies in the scale
4. Sprinkle the spices on top
5. Put it in the oven for 30 minutes
6. After 30 minutes add the chicken/ fish/ tofu to the dish. The chicken needs to be cooked before you put it in the oven scale.
7. Take it out after 40 minutes and EAT IT š
TIPS & TRICKS TO MAINTAIN THE #FITNESSLIFESTYLE

Of course eating the same #fitnessfoods can we a bit boring – I don’t mind eating the same every single day – so I can understand you want to variate a bit. So what I always do is the following this:
- Buying different kind of spices to let the same foods taste different. My favorite spices at the moment are: ras el hanout – so delicious on cold days – paprika powder, Italian spices mix and this Pizza & Pasta spices mix from Body & Fitshop
- Sometimes stirfy my veggies and the other time I bake it in the oven. It’s so funny how it can makes a big difference
- For some variation use different protein sources in your meals: I like to variate between fish (crayfish, white fish, salmon), tempeh/tofu and chicken. So stay creative, my girls. That’s the only way you can maintain this lifestyle
- Add an egg to it: yes, just add a raw egg because inside the oven it will get super fluffy. So nice for a change!
Enjoy this low calorie fall meal, my girls.
Until the next, x
