I can imagine that creating low calorie meals is pretty hard. Most of the time you end up buying the same veggies and same fish, chicken or vegetarian options. So here is a new meal that’s low in calories and super delicious:
IT’S A MUSTARD MESS
But a good mess. This is a meal I ate last Sunday and it was pretty good. So why not sharing it with you girls? Yes, exactly what I thought. If you don’t like fish you can always replace it with chicken or tofu (not marinated).
I will share the exact ingredients and macronutrients with you below.
LOW CALORIE FISH MEAL
What ingredients did I use to create this easy delicious meal?
- 1 package of the white fish pictured above. This version has the mustard-dille seasoning on it. It tastes super fresh and the flavour is on point
- 1 bag of Japanse veggies (I love all the vegetables that are in it) – but you can always replace this version by the Italian- or Chinese veggies. As long as it contains 400 grams of veggies it’s all fine
- 1 tbsp of olive oil for baking the veggies
- 1 egg
- Salt & pepper

I bought the groceries at the Jumbo; it’s a supermarket in The Netherlands. For the fish you pay 2,20 euros and that’s a perfect price. Normally fish or chicken can be very pricey. So sometimes it’s worth checking out the freezer department; there are a lot of cheaper options. Also to get one thing out of our way: by putting food products in the freezer the nutrients are not getting lost. The macronutrients remain the same despite being frozen. Just so you know girls.
Ps, putting some chili sauce on your meal when cooking it is a #lifehack. First fry the vegetables in the pan and add some chili sauce and salt to the veggies when cooking it. You will love it too. The macronutrients are also pretty good for a ‘sauce’.
This meal will keep you satisfied for a lot of hours. Go try it yourself. Have a lovely meal girls.
Enjoy it!
