HIGH PROTEIN LUNCH MEAL
Cheers to my delicious breakfast: a big bowl filled with the delicious granola from OOT Granola. It’s seriously one of the best granola brands I ever tasted. Why? Because it has the crunchy granola bite and it’s low in sugar. Normally granola brands do add a lot of sugar but OOT Granola is different. Low in calories, low in sugar and high in protein and good fats.
The last few months I’m also cutting in my lactose intake. Nowadays I go for the ‘lactose free’ options and I noticed that my body is not that bloated anymore. So this really helped me. The brand I choose above is really really good. It has a soft texture and also low in calories. I also prefer the Kvarg Lactosefree version also.
What’s in it?
- 40 gram of OOT Granola (flavor of choice): I prefer this one and crunchy nuts
- 150 – 200 ml of lactose free cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp of honey
The only thing you need to do is enjoying your high protein-low fat meal.
