Your healthy chocolate party

Chocolade. Als vrouw ben ik er gek op. Iedere dag zou ik een hele chocoladereep naar binnen kunnen werken. Maar eerlijk is eerlijk: dat lijkt mij geen goed idee. Toch zin in een gezonde chocolade snack? Probeer dan eens deze versie van de healthy chocolatemousse:

YOUR CHOCOLATE PARTY

Choco zwart

Het enige wat je hoeft te doen is onderstaande ingrediënten in huis te halen. Alles bij elkaar te gooien in een blender naar keuze. Even mixen en tadaaa.. daar is jouw healthy chocolade-tussendoortje:

Ingrediënten:

– 1 rijpe banaan
– 1 rijpe avocado
– 1 tl honing
– 3 tl cacao
– 1 tl kaneel
– Een kopje water

Ingedrienten

Extra:

– Kokosrasp
– Frambozen en blauwe bessen
