Pretty in pink (part II)

Daar zijn we weer: pretty in pink (part II). Heel toevallig at ik vorige week zaterdag een heerlijk roze, exotisch fruit. Vandaag was het tijd voor een gezonde ‘roze’ smoothie. Benieuwd naar deze energybooster? Check it out:

Vandaag maakte ik een lekkere roze smoothie. Geïnspireerd op het prachtige weer van vandaag (jullie hebben toch wel even goed genoten toch?). Mocht je ‘m eens willen proberen, just add these ingredients and you’re ready to go!


PINK BERRY BOOSTER:

Smoothie

De basis:

  • Alpro soya melk (red fruits)
  • Milde yoghurt
  • Whey proteine Berry blast (je kunt iedere smaak toevoegen die je lekker vindt)
  • Rode bessen & frambozen
  • En een klein beetje water

Add whatever you like:

  • Cacaopoeder
  • Pindapoeder
  • Blauwe bessen
  • Banaan
  • Avocado
  • Chiazaad
  • Een stukje ‘echt’ fruit

Gooi het in de blender/ magic bullet/ of iets wat mixt, zorg dat alle stukjes van het fruit verdwenen zijn en geniet van jouw healthy eneryboost.
